Precision Measurement and Machining
Advancing Manufacturing Technologies through Measurement-Based Engineering
Our laboratory conducts research and development aimed at advancing manufacturing technologies through high-speed, high-precision, automated, and intelligent production systems centered on machine tools. Our work focuses on the measurement and compensation of static and dynamic motion errors in machine tools, as well as the characterization and application of advanced materials and contact interfaces. By elucidating manufacturing phenomena based on precise measurement and analysis, we seek to establish “high-order harmonized” production systems that simultaneously achieve high productivity, efficiency, environmental performance, and labor saving.
